Reporting a Security Issue

At KamaCalm, security for our customers is of top priority.

If you discover a security issue, please tell us as quickly as possible so we can address it immediately by doing the following:

  • Email your findings to
  • Do not take advantage of any vulnerability or problems you may find. For example by submitting payments, downloading personal data, deleting, or modifying other people’s data.
  • Do not reveal the problem to anyone other than us!
  • Do not use any attacks on physical security, social engineerings such as fraud, spying, or password manipulation.
  • Do provide as much information as you know so we can resolve all issues at hand.

We promise to

  • Respond to your report as quickly as we can within 3 working days with a full evaluation of our report and an expected resolution date.
  • Not take any legal action against you, providing you follow the steps above.
  • Handle the report with strict confidentiality, we will not pass on any of your personal details to third parties without your prior consent.
  • Keep you informed of the progress towards resolving the problem.
  • Provide you with a token of our gratitude for your assistance. We offer a reward for every security issue not yet known to us brought to our attention with a minimum of £50/$50 gift card.

We are certified by ESET SSL Filter CA to & and we go through rigorous daily checks of network security.

The process of certification is completed in six stages. The first three stages comprise the dynamic detection ports (Dynamic Port Scanning), screened at port level (Port-level Network Services Vulnerability Testing), and the screening of the web application (Web Application Vulnerability Testing).

The next two stages, fourth and fifth, are the updates that are sent in case of detected security problems and the remediation management of these problems.

The result of this process is to have a dynamic secure website.
