Can I extend my massage appointment once it has started?
Yes, if our therapist does not have another appointment scheduled. Our therapists will always do their best to accommodate to your needs and will happily extend your appointment where they can. The rate for extended appointments is £30 for every 30 minutes.
How can I pay for my treatment?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. If you book online you are required to enter your payment details before your booking, if you are paying in person full payment is required at the time of the appointment.
Should I tip my wellness therapist?
Tips will never be included in the price of any of our treatments. You are under no obligation to tip, however, if you enjoyed your treatment and would like to tip your therapist you are welcome to.
How do I use an Kama Calm promotional code?

What happens if I cancel my appointment?
We understand that life can get it the way. All treatments are fully refundable within 48 hours of notice.

If a mistake is made when booking online, please call our customer service team and we will assist you in making any changes. You have a 10 minute grace period after making any booking to do this.
Please note, all amendments/time changes are subject to the same cancellation policy as above.
What is included in the cost of the massage?
Full comfort is provided with two towels, oils (when necessary), and single-use underwear.
