What is an Agigma gift card?
Both hard copies and digital gift cards you can buy from our website and can be used for wellness treatments.
You can choose to send the gift card via email or post.
Each individual gift card has a unique 16-digit code that can be redeemed against any of our on-demand services.
Can I cancel the gift card for a refund?
No, we do not issue refunds on gift cards.
How long is a gift card valid for?
Gif cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How do I use an Agigma promotional code?
Use the ‘Enter your coupon code’ through our online booking system at checkout.
How do I spend my gift card?
If you are lucky enough to have been gifted a card, you’ll need to create a KamaCalm account if you don’t already have one here kamacalm.uk or on the app (available on iPhone and Android). Go to your wallet and enter the 16-digit code on your gift card to redeem the value as credit.
We’ll automatically apply your credit to the next treatment you book.
All credit, including leftover credit, is valid for 12 months. Any leftover credit is automatically applied to the next treatment you book.
What is the difference between a promotional code and a voucher code?
A promotional, or ‘promo’, code is a one-time discount, typically given to new customers and existing customers on special occasions. Only one promo code can be used at one time.
A voucher, or a gift card, is of monetary value. It will have a unique 16-digit code on the card.
